Bruce was born in Bartow, Florida and raised in Orlando. He graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in History in 1989 and from the
University of Florida College of Law in 1993. Bruce has handled hundreds of eminent domain cases on behalf of property owners and condemning
authorities. He has lectured frequently concerning eminent domain issues and is an adjunct professor at both the University of Florida and Florida A
& M University's College of Law, teaching a classes on eminent domain and land use. Bruce is "AV" rated and a member of the Million Dollar
Advocates Forum.
