Prineet is an Eminent Domain trial lawyer practicing throughout Florida. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 10,
1972, but grew up in Orlando, graduating from Lake Brantley High School in 1990. Prineet graduated from the University
of Florida in 1994 with a degree in Business and a minor in Economics. After receiving his undergraduate degree,
Prineet attended the Stetson College of Law where he graduated in 1998. Prineet began his legal career as an Assistant
County Attorney for Hillsborough County. After several years of governmental service, Prineet joined the new Tampa
office of Gray, Harris & Robinson where he practiced in the Eminent Domain Department. Prineet left Gray, Harris &
Robinson to become a founding partner of his new firm, Harris, Harris, Bauerle & Sharma.
Prineet is a trial lawyer practicing in the areas of eminent domain, local government law and commercial litigation.
He has handled numerous condemnation actions for both property owners and condemning authorities. Prineet has
litigated eminent domain cases relating to residential, commercial, agricultural and utility properties ranging in
values into the millions of dollars. Outside of work, Prineet is a dedicated family man and enjoys taking advantage of
the wonderful amenities from living in Orlando.
